1. Load Mozilla Thunderbird. Click on Local Folders > Email
2. Next enter your name as you’d like it to show for recipients > Your full email address > Email account password > Select Remember password > Select Configure manually.
3. Next you will either enter the details on the POP3, or IMAP Account settings tabs. The details you will use are below. IMAP Account Settings using (SSL):
- Incoming mail - Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net) - Port: 993 - SSL: SSL/TLS - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail - Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net) - Port: 465 or 587 or 25 - SSL: SSL/TLS - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
IMAP Account Settings using (NON-SSL):
- Incoming mail - Server Example (mail.domainname.com) - Port: 143 - SSL: None - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail - Server Example (mail.domainname.com) - Port: 465 or 587 or 25 - SSL: SSL/TLS - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
Pop3 Account Settings using (SSL):
- Incoming mail - Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net) - Port: 995 - SSL: SSL/TLS - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail - Server Example (Web140.Cyberlynk.net) - Port: 465 - SSL: SSL/TLS - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
Pop3 Account Settings using (NON-SSL):
- Incoming mail - Server Example (mail.domainname.com) - Port: 110 - SSL: None - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
- Outgoing mail - Server Example (mail.domainname.com) - Port: 25 or 587 - SSL: None - Authentication: Normal Password - Username: Your Full Email Address
4. Select "I understand the risks" then Click Done.
