When a PayPal subscription is setup, it is set to a fixed "Amount paid each time"; this means it does not automatically adjust when your service totals change. Since PayPal subscriptions are managed within your personal PayPal account, we are unable to modify the payment amount on our end.

To prevent future partial payments and potential service disruptions, we suggest one of the following solutions:

Option 1: Switch to Automatic Credit Card Payments (Recommended)

We can process the payment automatically using a credit card on file.
  • Convenience: No manual intervention required.
  • Timing: Payments are processed on the first business day of each month.
  • Simplicity: You no longer have to worry about managing your PayPal subscription of your services change.

Option 2: Manage PayPal Manually

If you prefer to keep using PayPal, but want to avoid underpaying:
  • Keep current subscriptions: Continue your existing PayPal subscriptions and manually pay the remaining balance each month via our portal (PayPal or Credit card), or by phone (credit card only).
  • Cancel subscriptions: Cancel all automated PayPal payments and manually pay the full invoice total yourself each month via our portal (PayPal or Credit card), or by phone (credit card only).

Option 3: Update Your PayPal Subscriptions

  • Add an additional subscription: Create an additional subscription to cover the invoice's remaining balance.
  • Reset your subscription: Cancel your existing subscriptions and set up a single new subscription for the updated invoice total amount due.
