If your credit card payment fails you will be notified automatically by email of the failure. Our billing system will retry your credit card on the 5th of the month. If that payment fails you will again be automatically notified by email. We will only attempt to charge your card twice (on the 1st and the 5th). If the card fails on the second attempt you are required to manually make the payment.
The most common reason for credit card payments failing is incorrect address information in our billing system. The address in the billing system must match the address where your credit card statement is physically mailed.
