You are responsible for your backups and web content.
We maintain our own daily/weekly backups on our shared hosting servers, and we can restore from those. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. Our backups are for disaster recovery purposes only.
NOTE: Certain brands within the CyberLynk family of companys provide backups as part of the service offering. Be sure to check with our support team if you have questions.
For example Doreo Web Hosting accounts are backed up 3 times per day.
