How can I get a refund for unused services?

If your billing account is staying active, then we add a credit to your account for the next time you would pay.
If you do not plan to keep any CyberLynk services, you must cancel all of your accounts first. Then wait for a cancellation confirmation email. Once you get the cancellation confirmation you may reply to that email and inquire about your refund.
Please allow up to 15 days for your credit card to post the refund.
There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
